REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. A valid credit card is required to book any event
2. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. To confirm a booking a deposit is required
4. A "courtesy hold" is not a confirmed booking.
5. Any party cancelled 10 or less days prior to event date
will be charged in full for their party booking and/or contract
entertainers Any party cancelled 11 days or more prior to event date will
not be charged
ENCHANTED PARTIES
-All party guests must wear socks
ENTRY: Party guests will be admitted to the party center only 5
minutes prior to scheduled party time.
-If you need additional time you may purchase early entry 15 min / $40
-Extra guests the day of your party that put you over the allotted number
of guest will automatically be charged the higher package price
-Parties with extra guests over capacity of party center will billed $20
each additional guest (children & adults)
- Nut Free food/snacks/beverages may be brought from home
- Due to choking hazards food and snack for children will only be put
out during "organized meal times" by the staff
- Prices quoted do not include 5% G.S.T.
CLASSES AND PROGRAMS
- Missed classes must be made up with in the term. No carry over of classes
to new term.
- Siblings must purchase a "play pass" to enter play area during
classes or register for class at a 5% discount
